MyCard™ Name Tag Software
MyCard™ is a unique solution to the often embarrassing hand written or even printed adhesive name tags that damage clothing, often end up falling off, stuck to the floor, the bottom of someone’s shoe or worse. A quality plastic nametag says welcome; we care, enjoy our event, it also provides a souvenir of your successful event. MyCard™ was designed to allow alumni directors, meeting planners, and travel coordinators to quickly design and personalize quality nametags, luggage tags, golf bag tags, business cards, fundraising cards and more. To make the task easy, MyCard includes proven templates and project outlines for the most popular uses.
MyCard™ Software is feature rich and user friendly, it was developed with the help of Alumni professionals and meeting planners. MyCard™ is a single window “what you see is what you get” program. It includes easy tools to design simple or complex cards and tags, one side or two. The MyCard Window is divided into two always visible work centers, The Card Design Center and The Data Management Center.
Starting with a template or a blank card, you may include a background image, logo, event and organization, attendee name, title, ID number, barcode, signature, virtually any data or image feature required for your project. The only limitation is the space on the card. Choose from any Windows font, any size, any color. The shrink to fit feature automatically reduces font sizes to accommodate longer names. All these features are available in the Card Design Center. You may add names and other data manually, build a new database or you can download a database from any OBDC source directly to the Data Management Center. To complete your design, just link your database or manual entry elements to your card design features and you’re ready to print. You may have as many personalized templates as required.
